All orders are processed within 2–5 business days after payment confirmation. Orders are not processed on
weekends or holidays.

• Expedited Shipping (if offered): 2–4 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, holidays, or high order volume.
Shipping Rates
Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on package weight, size, and destination.
Order Tracking
Once your order ships, tracking information will be sent to your email address.
Lost or Delayed Packages
ELEVEN SEVENTEEN is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers. If a package is marked delivered but
not received, customers should contact the carrier first.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders returned due to incorrect addresses
